I started working for Dr. Diers in October 1974.  Over the years, I have learned that Dr. Diers is not your typical orthodontist.  He is about a lot more than just straightening teeth and in a league all his own.  The finished result is "WOW" and that is the reason I have stuck around all these years.  I like working with the best- that inspires me to do my best. I also enjoy working with people and having a role in impacting their lives for the better.  My family and home are at the top of the list of what is important.  I have been married to Ron for 44 years and we have 2 girls and 7 grandchildren.  Oh yeah, we also have a dog named Ollie.  Ron was ordained a deacon for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati last year and that has been the biggest highlight in our lives recently.  God has richly blessed our lives and I am forever thankful to Him.  I never thought I would still be working so long, but I am having fun and life is good.  So why mess with it.
